Join us to be fit for the pit and have some fun dancing to some of your favourite rock tracks!

Please get in contact if you wish to fill out a digital PAR-Q, but otherwise I have physical copies on me.

Mondays: Malton @ Norton College 6:30-7:30pm

Wednesdays: Pickering @ Middleton and Ailsby Village hall 7-8pm
